Digital Platform is an internal enterprise tool. We collect minimal data necessary for system authentication and operation.

When you authenticate via Google OAuth, we receive:
- Email address — used to identify your account
- Display name — shown within the application interface
- Profile picture — displayed as your avatar (optional)
We do not access your Google Drive files, Gmail messages, calendar events, or any other Google service data unless explicitly required by a specific workflow you authorize.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Authentication — to verify your identity and grant access to the platform
- Workflow Automation — to execute authorized business workflows (e.g., sending notifications, syncing data)
- Audit Logging — to maintain operation records for security compliance
3. Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored in a self-hosted PostgreSQL database within our infrastructure
- OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256 and stored securely within the n8n workflow engine
- All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
- We do not transfer your data to any third-party analytics or advertising services
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. Your data is used exclusively within our organization for business operations.
5. Data Retention
Your account information is retained as long as you are an active user of the platform. Upon request, we can delete your account and associated data.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and personal data
- Revoke Google OAuth access at any time via your Google Account Settings
