Digital Platform is an internal enterprise system for warehouse management and business intelligence. By accessing this platform, you agree to the following terms.

2. Description of Service
Digital Platform provides:
- WMS — Warehouse Management System integrated with SAP Business One
- Workflow Automation — Business process automation via n8n
- Business Intelligence — Data visualization and reporting
3. User Accounts
- Access is granted by your organization's administrator
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must not share your login credentials with unauthorized persons
- You must notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended business purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the Service
5. Data and Content
- Business data entered into the system remains the property of your organization
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
- The Service maintains audit logs of all operations for security and compliance purposes
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party services including:
- SAP Business One — for ERP data synchronization
- Google Services — for authentication and workflow automation (e.g., Gmail, Google Sheets)
Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
